Unlike other personalized gift websites that we create, the NITF websites have been highly customized with special programming that allows your customers to have the best possible experience while shopping at your online store.

Beacause of this fact, we realize that the average Name in the Frame website owner may not have the knowledge, skills or time to properly maintain their site as needed and keep it always up to date...hence the "Optional Maintenance Program".

Short Summary of Included Services:

• KPCommerce.net will conduct routine updates and maintenance on your website for the NITF product pages, including:
  • Add/Delete/Modify existing product lines
  • Add new product lines as they become available
  • Update/Change/Modify all personalization fields as needed, such as updating team name drop-down menus when new teams are added or removed by NITF
  • Update/Change/Modify product descriptions when required
  • Update Live Previews and other product demonstration assets
  • Add/Install any other feature, function or enhancement that we feel will be a benefit to the website owner and/or customer
  • Maintenance Program applies to Product Pages Only - See Program Agreement
• If you purchase the Maintenance Program in conjuction with a NITF Website Design, we will waive the $125 Setup Fee
  • Maintenance Program must be "added to cart" at the same time you purchase the NITF Website
  • If you decline the Maintenance Program during purchase of NITF Website but change your mind at a later date, there will be a $125 Setup Fee
  • Clients not on the Maintenance Program who require assistance in modifying any customization in the store will be charged at the prevailing rates currently charged by KPCommerce.net for website design services

1. Our PayPal account will automatically collect your monthly rental fee. Simply click on the "Subscribe" button here to create an automatic billing agreement with PayPal, using either your own PayPal account for payments, or credit card of your choice.

3. Automatic billing and your maintenance plan can be cancelled at anytime simply by logging into PayPal. We do not require any long-term agreements, cancellation fees or any other penalty for cancelling your program with us. When you cancel the monthly billing agreement, we will automatically discontinue your service...no questions asked.
